Bring True Football Back - Awarded with Silver at Golden Drum
Webstyler was awarded silver for the 'Bring true football back' campaign, developed for Timisoreana, with Silver Drum in the Interactive competition at Golden Drum 2010 Advertising Festival.
The Interactive competition at Golden Drum is open to global participation, so Bring True Football Back competed with works created by some of the most known and appreciated agencies worldwide. Bring True Football Back reunites Romania's football legends from the '80s into a dream team on the field facing a team of supporters in a once in a lifetime experience.
It was not about the game, but about the supporters that jumped in, about the experience they had thanked to this brand, about the stories that were told, about brand's statement saying it supports true football and it genuine values. It's a campaign through which a beer brand talks about the values it endorses: passion, commitment and fair play.
The campaign generated deep consumer engagement and made users prove the best in order to have the chance to play a dream match.
As a brand result, the 3 main brand image indicators (beer associated with football, beer that sustains values that transcend time, brand I feel close to) went up by more than 50%.
Webstyler is the only Romanian interactive agency awarded at Golden Drum Awards. This is the second Silver Drum Webstyler is awarded with at Golden Drum in the Interactive Competition, after the one in 2007.
